| Members of the Natsional'noy Duma, Hereby, I declare that, after this bill has been passed, Narodnoy Respubliki Trigunia will fully support Deltaria in their struggle to defend their nation against the Federation of Zardugal. This is in line with the Deltaria-Trigunia Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation. Therefore, I will order our armed forces to form the Trigunian Expeditionary Force which will sail to Deltaria within 2 months after this bill has been passed. The scale of help will be measured by the needs of our friends. This will be decided upon after consulting the Deltarian Government.
