MessageThis bill proposes expenses like fully subsidizing higher education but does not take into consideration the expense of not teaching our children sexual safety. Whether or not we allow pornography on the internet or in stores will not prevent young adults from exploring their natural feelings. We cannot ban pornography for the sake of liberty, and its our responsibility to teach our students the manners of safe sex. After all, a population of sexually transmitted diseases will only end up racking in more expenses for the taxpayers, and that's something we as lawmakers are here to prevent.

We rest our case in support of sexual education and civil liberty.
