| We, the August Parliament of the Cedar Throne DECLARE that the Pontesian Dynastic Empire is a democracy with equal rights for all of it's citizens. AFFIRMS that there is to be freedom of religion for all citizens, rendering previous bans on certain churches and religious communities illegitimate. AFFIRMS that there is to be equal treatment of all citizens under the law, thus rendering the discriminatory and racist policies introduced against Selucians and other minorities null and void. CONDEMNS the spreading of fascism, racism, ethnic chauvinism and ethnic hatred in the Empire, and promises to take adequate steps to prevent this from occurring again. |
