MessageMr. Speaker,

If the "C"WF is really a party which supports Capitalism and the Free Market, they would drop this bill all together. I'm beginning to suspect this party is really confused about what it means to be a Capitalist.

Mr. Speaker,

(1) Why do the members of the UPR insist on FORKING millions of RUT in excess OVERHEAD COST to private contractors when we can save that money for the taxpayers. This bill does not "nationalize" or "socialize" any industry except by making our military SELF-sufficient.

(2) This bill is NOT socialism; it is FISCAL CONSERVATISM as it reduces the budget deficit.

The C-WFP yields the balance of our time.
