Message | Reposting debate lost in the freak time/space warp. From Trax Party Message Minors are only out after dark to commit felonies. They should be home or in a building, from ehich their parents can transport them to and fro. ID cards are a waste of resources there is no proof they help at all, and it just creates another thing for the police to enforce on. It should not be a crime not to carry an ID card. Police should focus on more serous matters. From Conservative Party Message We agree with the Trax party. From Post-Revolutionary Pragmatic Party Message We don\'t think we should let the actions of a small minority dictate our actions against the whole group. Asides from that, if felony by minors is a big problem, the local government can always reinstate them. The police should not be randomly targeting citizens for an ID check, but we do think they should be able to identify people instantly should they need to. Other than that, a standardised ID card would be more efficient. From Progressive Imperial Party Message Not carrying your ID does not have to be actively checked by police, but will simply be a charge to be added when they cannot produce the card upon request for a different reason. As for the curfew, we agree with that measure as well. From Totalitarian Party Message The Totalitarian Party supports both articles. In some areas, minors may not be the ones who cause trouble afterdark. Allowing the local government to establish curfews will ensure that only areas that have them will be the areas that need them. The Gaduri I.D. cards are not merely I.D. cards. My Gaduridos Card Act[1] establshed the current cards we have, although later acts made them voluntary. Making them mandatory means they are actually useful as an identification card. The only citizens who would not want these cards are the tin foil hat-wearing privacy nuts. Message | We suggest that this should be resubmitted before the house, on the grounds that both the nationalists and the PIP were unavailable at the time that it was under vote. |
