Message | Article I Congressmen should not be exempt from criminal activity because of diplomatic immunity. All citizens are to be treated equally under law. Article II The military should not be allowed to discriminate over a person's sexual preferences by disallowing him or her to allow people to know his/her position. Until dating within the military is not allowed, this is discriminatory against LGBT servicemen and women. Article III All citizens are responsible for their actions. However, its within a citizens rights to receive an abortion within the first trimester. However, beyond the first trimester, a true life-form is created, making the practice of abortion after the first trimester completely illegal with possible charges in relation to murder against the doctor and his or her patient. Abortion is a serious and emotional issue, but there are scientific fine points between life and the building grounds for life. Article IV Get government out of our curfew policy. Allowing local governments to set curfew will help cities reduce crime at their own consent. Article V Students are permitted to pray on their own, but having teachers lead prayer in class discriminates against potential non-religious affiliated students and students who do not feel represented by the prayer. |
