Message | Mr. Speaker, I have never understood the fascination with a "national police and/or fire department". Can the WSM share some insight as to why they feel the proposed law is better than the current? James Kenner UPR Congressional Leader |

Message | Mr Speaker, The present arrangement allows for a postcode lottery - vastly different levels of service based only on place of residence. We believe such variation should be eliminated where it is unnecessary, and this Bill does just that. |

Message | Honourable Minister Wigwe, Mr Kenner, I and my party totally agree with WSM. There shouldn't exist differences on service between Rutanian Provinces. |
