| Considering that the parties here expressed a wide consensus that the number of bills proposed ought to be reduced to reduce spam; Considering that a lower quotum will improve the quality of legislation; Resolves to decrease the national party quotum to 8, in accordance with the expressed wishes of the RFP, Freedom Party, Liberal Imperialists and Nationalists; Calls upon other parties to support this initiative. |
