MessageOOC: Sorry, guess this will be an OOC thread. Why is the LIP opposing this? According to the description they asked for it!

MessageOOC: Exactly. And this quotum is used in quite a lot of nations actually, without a lot of problems. Seeing as the LIP isn't amongst the greaters spammers it would only be good for you. :S Too many bills means spending less time debating them.

MessageAs we have nine parties, 4 proposals a day, used fully would still result in 36 a day if used. Instead of the current possible amount of 67.5 a day

MessageAnd 4 proposals a day per party is plenty and means a consistent flow of bills instead of huge ones now and then with little debate

Random fact: Particracy allows you to establish an unelected head of state like a monarch or a president-for-life, but doing this is a bit of a process. First elect a candidate with the name "." to the Head of State position. Then change your law on the "Structure of the executive branch" to "The head of state is hereditary and symbolic; the head of government chairs the cabinet" and change the "formal title of the head of state" to how you want the new head of state's title and name to appear (eg. King Percy XVI).

Random quote: "The great economic, social and political scientist, Karlstein Metz, accurately predicted over 2,500 years ago that capitalism is doomed to destruction by its inherent weaknesses and contradictions, and must inevitably be replaced by a communist form of social, political and economic organisation." - Friedrich Pfeiffer, former Dorvish politician
