| OOC: Just a bill to update the emperor's name in title. As an OOC note, while he is crowned Philip IV of Luthori, Alduria, and Mordusia. Since Luthori is the only throne he currently controls that is the only one that is numbered. So, if he were to gain control of Alduria he would then be numbered Philippe IV of Alduria (as Alduria has had three previous emperors crowned named Philip). For Mordusia I believe he would either be a first or second. Anyway, unless crowned he is not numbered, but can still call himself the monarch of that country as its pretender. IC: His Most Excellent and Imperial Majesty Emperor Henry III, by the Grace of God Emperor of Luthori, Mordusia & Alduria, King Yishelem, Defender of the Faith, Protector of the Realm and it's Territories, &ect. passed away last night in his sleep. He has been succeeded by his son His Imperial Highness The Prince of Orange, Philip. Philip will be crowned, "His Most Excellent and Imperial Majesty Emperor Philip IV, by the Grace of God Emperor of Luthori, Mordusia & Alduria, King Yishelem, Defender of the Faith, Protector of the Realm and it's Territories, &ect."
