| Deltaria has made its intentions clear, and we must take proper action. Our party moves to deploy Jelbanian troops on the border with Deltaria and to send Five Legions of the Old Jelbik Guard to Zardugal complemented by 500 tanks and adequate artillery, to be deployed as they see fit. We would also levy 100,000 new conscripts from the masses. It is clear that Jelbania is tired of waiting. For too long have we watched this conflict escalate in Majatra without taking action. It is time to pick our side, and Jelbania stands with Zardugal, against the tyranny of Czarist oppression! We also propose that Jelbania open their borders to Zardic refugees escaping the tyranny of the Deltarian state. Anyone that would oppose the tyranny of Deltarian rule is deserved of asylum under the benevolence of our empire! |

| Message | We strongly urge the Jelbek people to remain neutral in this conflict. The Zardic government started this war because they disapproved of the restoration of the Deltarian monarchy. Now they are refusing to consider our very reasonable peace offers, even though they know they are already defeated. They are terrorists, pure and simple, using violence to force their republican ideals apon other nations. |
