Description[?]:

With the passing of this motion all known subversives, prisoners of war, political prisoners, common thieves and criminals, agitators, traitors, secessionists and Doron or Akigan nationalists will be forcibly impressed to form the "Forweorþan Hopa" (Forlorn Hope). They will be deployed wherever the fighting is fiercest, and after the war any survivors will be granted a full Imperial Pardon for any past crimes, and free passage to a foreign nation of their choice, if desired.
