With the motion of this bill, slaves may be confiscated for the war effort at the discretion of the local military authorities, with their owners given fair market value for them ; with payment to be deferred until the end of the war. Confiscated slaves will fight in segregated units under the banners of the ''Nevoľnícke Pušky'' [Unfree Rifles] for Deltaria. At the end of the war, all surviving slave soldiers will be granted freedman status, a fifty Telar note, and the guaranteed option to the future purchase of any family members at fair market prices. |
