| We, in God and Spirit, most faithful and Iliya loving and sole ruler, Io Ľubomír, by the Grace of God Czar and Autocrat, decree and determine by this imperial edict that the vile political organization known as the Reactionary Czarist League is an enemy of the Crown and Deltaria and shall be dealt with appropriately. The League is found guilty of undermining Our illustrious Father's authority, usurping Imperial power, and unjustly governing the Realm for five decades. Formed of the most corrupt and villainous aristocrats and rich commoners, the traitors persistently overlooked the needs of the poor and destitute, who had looked at Our Father's restoration with hope, and brought greater misery upon them than the most corrupt republican politicians. All organizations defending the peasant and worker from the rapacious nobility were slowly obliterated by these greedy traitors. For these crimes We, under the authority granted to Us by Boh Almighty, hereby sentence the following to die by impalement: Vojvoda Tiborc Szécsényi, Kajetán Pokorny, General Attila Szabolcsi, Miroslav Novak, Markíz Şerban Barbu, Gróf Gusztáv Szécsényi, Timotei Muşatescu, and Dominik Meggyesfalvi. May Boh have mercy on their souls. Additionally, the organization known as the Reactionary Czarist League is hereby discontinued, and any attempt at re-creating that odious grouping shall suffer the penalty of impalement. Written in Tsěsarĭgradŭ in the year of Our Lord three thousand and eight, on the twelfth day of the month of May, on the Feast of Saints Nikifor and Ephraim. |

| Message | We are delighted that corruption in high places is being dealt with, and that investigations and arrests have been made. However, we are voting "Nay" in protest at impalement being used as the method of execution. This is not very humane. It also risks tarnishing Deltaria's international reputation at a time when we need all of the international allies we can muster. Father Vladan Martinek |
