We believe our people must not be directed towards any certain faith and the government must keep religion a personal matter and not political. As such, this act seeks to create a secular state in Hutori, with true freedom of religion. |

Message | Mr Speaker, Although this bill gives an unnecessarily free playing-field to religious institutions, it is a step in the right direction, as well as being a good compromise between the rigid, moralistic policies of today, and those of the WPA.
