Message | While the party agrees with the first two posed changes, we hold the opinion that it should be the company's responsibility to dispose of its own waste. A partnership is important, and entities should be allowed to operate in a manner they deem to be most beneficial to them, but the government should have the power to regulate actions in lieu of the common good. |

Message | However, our opposition to the last provision is not so strong that we view it necessary to vote against the bill that contains two proposals that we are are amenable to. We support this, with reservations. (Apologies for the double post, I posted the previous message too soon.) |

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
