Bill: RSP Workers Rights Reforms Bill

Details

Submitted by[?]: Revolutionary Socialist Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 3513

Description[?]:

The ability for the working class to engage in secondary strikes is tantamount to ensuring the ability for workers everywhere not to be singled out and targeted by employers. If you look at the lessons of workers in England in the 80's, Harlem County, Ireland in 1913, should workers have gone on sympathy strikes it would have increased the strength of the worker class in bargaining.

Messageooc: try not to bring real world events into the game. It just keeps our lives here and in the real world neater.

MessageThe RSP asks in the most serious manner why a party claiming to be a 'Workers Popular Alliance' would obstruct a potential tactic for the working class in defending and fighting for rights, pay and conditions of said workers. It really does beggar belief. Such a vote does warrant some discussion.
