| We feel that the ban on secondary strike action undermines other legislation currently in effect which enshrines the right of all workers to strike. This places unacceptable conditions on who can or cannot strike - contradicting bill item "The Worker's Right to Strike" filed under Economics. This bill will help strengthen class solidarity across all types of workers, which is currently weakened by the employer's right to fire anyone undertaking unreasonable (ie secondary) strike action. |
