Bill: Use of Industrial Hemp Bill 3514
Details
Submitted by[?]: Jelbénkai Utrji Spjogad
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 3515
Description[?]:
Science shows that industrial hemp's potential to be used as a recreational drug is almost entirely absent, therefore the Cosmopolitan Alliance feels current punitive legislation against hemp's industrial use is misguided. At present only large, regulated agribusinesses can grow hemp, while we feel this crop is also of use to smallholders, private farmers and personal gardeners, who need not get tied up in bureaucratic red tape to grow a native plant. We propose that all regulations on industrial hemp be lifted, so that this valuable cash crop can once more be grown again in abundance on the vast steppes of Jelbania. |
Proposals
Article 1
