| Deltaria has budgeted 50,000,000,000 DTE to subsidise poor farmers and peasants, but hasn't gotten around to framing a policy on how to spend it yet. I therefore propose this very substantial sum of money should be used to compensate the nobles for the forced disbandment of their private armies. We hope this will assuage their suspicions and concerns about the direction our government is taking.
