Bill: Pacification of the Peasants Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Hosiany Národná Strana

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 3516

Description[?]:

There have unfortunately been some misunderstandings between my government and the peasants. We therefore propose to make it up to the peasants by offering them lots of nice subsidies. Maybe now they will forget about their resentments, put down their spears and swords and stop slaying our noblemen?

As a further gesture of our goodwill towards the peasant class, we have very reluctantly and regretfully agreed to suspend the prohibition against bestiality for a 6 month period.

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election.
