Bill: Doctors as Agents of Life Act (DALA)

Details

Submitted by[?]: Federalist Republican Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 3516

Description[?]:

A bill to introduce measures which more effectively and humanely deal with the rights of our most vulnerable- the dying and the unborn. Under this proposal, children in the third trimester, whom would generally be able to survive outside of the womb, will no longer be allowed to be killed by doctors. Similarly, doctors whom we ask only to save life will be taken out of the apparatus of death by allowing a judge to determine if a persons wish to die is legally valid, rather than asking a doctor to consent to that terrible decision. In this way, the doctor can remain what our society desires, a servant of life.
