We hereby declare the Federal Republic of Jelbania to be in a state of national emergency. Restrictions on the powers of police shall be loosened, to allow for the effective enforcement of law and order. Violent, destructive, disruptive or internationally recognised actions of protest will now be considered acts of treason against the state and may be punished as harshly as our laws allow. |
