| Under the terms of the proposed Treaty of Baofluz, the Deltarian Czar will be granting our President the title "King of Jelbania". As the office of Jelbanian Presidency has been marred in the eyes of the international community, and is now considered an offensive parody of Republicanism, we feel that it would be best to abolish it completely, and become the "Deltarian Kingdom of Jelbania". And finally, to better integrate ourselves with the Empire's policy of supporting and promoting ethnic sub-nationalism within their borders, we propose that the official stylings of our national name and leaders be rendered in the Jelbék tongue. A final supplication will be made to Deltaria in the form of adopting their state motto and national anthem as our own, and in integrating the Czarist Coat of Arms into our national flag.
