As Communist we value productivity and hate to see when people are idle when they can be aiding in the advancement of the collective. Therefore we propose an initiative we call the Inmate Work Program where prisoners are assigned tasks such as farm work etc, the products of which can be used by the state and the surplus sold at a competitive price.
