| Following the entry of the Brmék state as an Imperial Realm of the Deltarian Empire (LINK), and given the legitimate election of Juliana Mede as Protector of the Jelbic Peoples by the Electoral Committee established by Czar Ľubomír II (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=5439#p62275), the time is ripe for the creation of the Jelbic Union of the North. The Union will be ruled by the Protector of the Jelbic Peoples, elected as established by Czar Ľubomír II of Deltaria in 3524 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=388390), and will defend the Jelbic Peoples, be they Jelbék, Brmék, Pnték, or Disszüvök, militarily, politically, and culturally. The Deltarian Kingdom of Jelbania again reaffirms its loyalty to the Czar and pledges that its status in the Deltarian Empire shall not change as the result of its creation of the Union of the North. The name of the nation is changed to "Jelbék Drtárék Knzknstat Jelbijék Krsyjogadnrkta (Jelbania)" |
