Message | Mr Speaker, Although we do agree that prisoners should have the right to vote, it is frankly stupid to suggest that we should not allow Dranish citizens suspected of serious crimes overseas to be held accountable for their crimes. Joaquin Banez MP PP Leader |

Message | Mr. Speaker, The citizens of Dranland should only be charged by the Dranish justice system and the government should therefore not have the opportunity to extradite a citizen to another country due to minor nor major offenses or due to a burning wish for getting rid of a Dranish citizen. And Dranland should under no circumstances be a part of an organization which allows the extradition of citizens to a foreign nation with the death penalty. Message | Mr. Speaker, there is no reason why a person accused of a crime committed in a foreign country should not have to face justice simply because they are Dranish. Obviously, if the country requesting extradition is known to practise the death penalty or improper judicial procedures such as torture, this would not be the case, but a blanket refusal to extradite is difficult to justify. Random fact: It usually takes up to an hour for election results to generate. During this time, the "Next Election" date is put forward a month, which is confusing. Do not worry! In a short time, the election result will generate and the "Next Election" date will then correct itself. |
