Voting deadline: November 3529
Description[?]:
Due to the unstable situation within Jelbania we are forced to temporarily introduce measures that will hopefully stabilise the country. Due to hate speech in the media and online, we have been forced into exercising temporary control over the press and the internet. We also believe, as a matter of urgency, that paramilitaries must be outlawed, as some groups are seeking to kill minorities, particular Deltarians. Finally, the building of shelters around the country will help in the event of increasing instability. |

Random fact: When your party holds the foreign affairs department, you can create new treaties. However, before writing anything new, it is a good idea to search for existing treaties which already accomplish what you desire. |
