Bill: Court Review Reform
Details
Submitted by[?]: Majatran Socialist Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2159
Description[?]:
It is too much of a waste of time and effort to give every case the right to appeal. I am surprised we ever get convictions in Al'Badara. We shall make an exception for grave errors as we are aware mistakes happen, but in the large majority of cases appeals simply lead to wasting time and confusion. |
