Message | You can't just propose things like this and not give specifics. 1) We support Article 1. 2) We support Article 2, but what will be the "neutral body" ? You haven't told us that. I would prefer for it to be the Land Management Council, as that was their purpose. 3) We oppose Article 3. We will vote for the bill if you take out Article 3 and leave the others. 4) We support Article 4. 5) We support Article 5. -- Jan Moore, Infrastructure/Transport Minister |

Message | Mr. Chairman, The party has still failed to tell us who the neutral body would be. I will assume that it is the Land Management Council, as your predecessor delegated similar responsibilities to it, after a unanimous vote within the Principal Council: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=388910 -- Jan Moore, Infrastructure/Transport Minister |

Message | The neutral body will mainly be that of the Land Management Council, but we do not eliminate the possibility of forming a separate entity outside the council to assist with the decision making process so as to alleviate the workload of the council. |

Message | Mr. Chairman, The Land Management Council has never been called to a session before. I do believe they have a lot of time on their hands, and we would prefer to keep this inside that council. -- Jan Moore, Infrastructure/Transport Minister |

Message | I wholeheartedly agree. But what we are proposing is that, should they be in need of alleviation we will consider the formation of a separate entity. |

Message | Mr. Chairman, They're getting paid by the people's taxes. There should be no limit on the amount of service demanded by them. -- Jan Moore, Infrastructure/Transport Minister |

Message | Duly noted. Shall we eliminate the thought of that method then? |
