| In order to ease the difficult situation within Jelbania we are proposing a cabinet reshuffle to form a "Grand Coalition" between the three major parties. This cabinet will last up until the next election. The Justice Ministry, vacant since the murder of Sec. Goldman, will now be under the control of the Jelbék Srlji Pvstjogadé Pntejogad. |

While the Spjogad may not particularly like it, this nation is treaty-bound to the Deltarian Empire. We rely upon them for protection, as we are not allowed to wield a military any larger than ceremonial sized. We rely upon them for reconstruction funds in the post-war recovery. | Message | The JSPP's support on the streets and in the steppe is clear, so I feel it is worth bringing them into the governmental process in order to legitimate their ideology and prevent violence. The recent banning of paramilitary groups was the first step towards integrating these groups into a peaceful democracy, and this move, while some may see it as premature, should be considered the final step. The cabinet will run govt for less than two years, when hopefully our troubles will be behind us. |
