| Members of the Parliament, 1. With this bill, we will make a hard test to everyone that tries to buy a gun, and we will be sure that this person is not insane BEFORE he/she shoots anyone. 2. Clients will only buy guns for hunting or sport purposes; the sales of automatic or heavy guns will be forbidden to the public. 3. Each person with a Gun License MUST register with the Government the guns he/she has and its "gunprints". -a) The limit of registered guns per License is two (2). -b) If found, unregistered guns will be seized and its owner will be strictly fined, or even arrested if it's an automatic or heavy gun. 4. Guns license will expire six (6) years after its issue date. -a) If it's not renewed in the time of six (6) months after its expiration, the Government shall temporarily deactivate or seize the guns, and activate them again or give them back if its owner renews his/her license or gives/sells the guns to another person with a Gun License. 5. Gun Shops won't have a limit of owned guns, but all their guns must be correctly deactivated until they're sold. -a) The Shop must immediately notify the Government (via an Internet platform) that this gun is activated and who is its new owner. -b) National Police agents may visit Gun Shops in any moment and without notice to check that every gun is deactivated and that there is no fraud.
