Description[?]:
(1) This bill authorizes the Finance Dept. to purchase the domestic production of Crude oil from the market thereby allowing the economy to adjust to a 100% Renewable energy policy centered on Solar technology, Celluose (Switchgrass) Ethanol, Bio-Diesel, Wind, hydrogen fuel cells, and RECYCLED GARBAGE into electricity; (2) This bill creates an "Oil Standard" whereas for every RUT printed by the Government, it is LINKED to a measurement of oil at 20 RUT per oz. of crude oil instead of "gold" as is "traditionally" favored since OIL is much more PLENTIFUL than gold--[meaning more CREDIT AVAILABILITY]--yet still retains its SCARCITY (value); (3) This bill allows private banks in the market to set their own interest rates without price dication from the Central bank. (4) This bill raises the Reserve Ratio to 100% thereby abolishing the inflationary practice of fractional reserve lending. (5) This bill makes the Oil-backed Rutanian Dollar legal tender for only PUBLIC debts thereby legalizing private currencies in the Free Market if citizens desire to trade with them. NOTE: This bill has been ENDORSED by "Greenpeace International" and "The Rutanian Petroleum Institute (RPI)," the lobbying organization of the Oil Industry, for its support of the government buying up all of the domestic production of crude oil. |

| Message | Mr. Harris, It is actually NOT "hypocrisy" but GENIUS political calculation. Let me EXPLAIN: (1) The Government steps in and BUYS up the Rutanian Domestic Oil Supply from our Oil Producers OFF of the market. Once the Government now OWNS the oil supply, they LINK it to the National Currency where the Government Scientists SOLIDIFY (or "Freeze") the liquid oil into SOLID "Oil Bars" similar to Gold bars in which the "Oil bars" can be stored in the Government's Vault via a depository. Since the National Government has become the LARGEST buyer of the Oil Industry's oil, it AUTOMATICALLY gains the support of the Rutanian Petroleum Institute. ;) (2) Now, since there is ABSOLUTELY no oil LEFT on the market for ENERGY CONSUMPTION, this will "FORCE" the market to AUTOMATICALLY adopt a 100% RENEWABLE energy policy to fill the VACUUM of that the oil was being used for. Thus, it AUTOMATICALLY gains the support of Greenpeace International (of Terra). ;) (3) In a nutshell, my plan solves "kills 2 birds with 1 stone" by appeasing the ENVIRONMENTALISTS on the Left and the SOUND Money Conservatives on the RIGHT; ---The CWFP Spokesman OOC: David A., to be perfectly honest, it is very DIFFICULT to explain the plan in the confines of this game, so I HUMBLY ask you to send me an email to actually read the FULL plan in BRIEF 5 page letter that I wrote to the Obama Administration. I will NOT disrespect your wishes of sending you UN-solicited emails but will just send this ONE proposal; maybe we can join forces and work on a political project in REAL life instead of a "game" (LOL). But let me add something: Once that renewable energy sources have been fully adopted, oil won't be needed in Rutania, so I suppose we will sell it to foreign countries and recover all the spent public money.
