Bill: Anti-antropocentric act
Details
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 3537
Description[?]:
Mr Speaker, It is depressive to see how our laws currently allow foreign profiteers to plunder and destroy our forests, wash our vegetables in poison, and deny wild animals their right to a life in the wild. Could we - perhaps, change all this, for there is little as un-Dranish as profiteering from destroying our nature or torturing animals? Also, our tourism will have a boost the more naturalistic we become - people from other countries don't come here for our substandard fishing industries or second-world apartment complexes, but to see our natural riches and naturalist way of life. Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
Random quote: "We are told that this is an odious and unpopular tax. I never knew a tax that was not odious and unpopular with the people who paid it." - John Sherman |
