| A new bill following the election to once more try and establish a ratio between population and parliamentary seats. As was previously determined the most suitable new number of seats is 659. This is a prime number to prevent hung parliaments. This bill would not suggest further readjustment until the next prime number in the ratio is attained. |

| Message | ok I'll bring this to vote also , while voting keep in mind the logical arguments for adopting each number 601 or 659 there is no cost to passing legislation so the act of change should be irrelevant to your decision. |
