| Message | Mr Speaker, in order for something to require 'protection', there must be some kind of aggression targeting it. Foreign investment is certainly no such thing, it is simply an addition of funds to an already existent stock of capital. If a business owner decides to allow such deals, regardless to which extent, government should leave him alone and not bar him from doing so.
