Description[?]:
The Luthori Legislature shall have a Lower and Upper House. The Lower House shall be called the Congress, and the Upper House shall be called the Senate. The Congress shall compose of 500 members each representing 10 million colonists. Each region shall be assigned a congressional delegation based off their population. The Senate shall be composed of 50 members, two for each region. Game Mechanics: 500 * seat percentage won = Congresssional Seats. For example: 500 * 20% seat percentage won = 100 Congressional Seats. Game Mechanics: Regions won by plurality * 10 = Senate seats. For example, if a party has a plurality in 2 regions they receive 20 Senate seats. The Luthori President shall be elected by 550 electors. Game Mechanics: Party adds Congressional seats and Senate seats together for a total amount. Party with the most votes wins the Presidency. For example, a party with 150 Congressional seats and 30 Senate seats has a total of 180 electors. If no candidate has a majority of electors, the top two candidates shall be voted on by the Namviet Congress |
