Description[?]:
There shall be 11 years of primary and secondary schooling, Starting from Year 1 and progressing to Year 11. Primary School shall be from Year 1 to Year 6. Secondary schooling shall comprise of Year 7 to Year 11, after the completion of which the pupil is considered graduated and meeting requirements of the post-secondary institution, eligible for Vocational and General College. There shall be a system of intermediate, 2 year vocational and professional colleges across the country. These institutions shall be named Beroeps en Algemene Kollege (BAK) / Lycée Professionnel et Général (LPG), and shall issue Diplomas of Studies. All applicants to university for undergraduate degrees must successfully complete a Diploma of Study making them eligible for their program of studies. The government shall maintain a system of higher education universities, offering undergraduate Bachelor degrees and postgraduate Masters and Doctorate degrees. Bachelor programs shall generally be 3 years to complete. There shall exist at all levels of education public institutions owned and subsidized by the state. |
