Saridan shall establish a yearly quota of 200,000 new immigration permits. This quota may be expanded by an additional 100,000 immigration permits, to a total yearly permit quota of 300,000 pending subsequent legislation two years in advance of the applicable date. All of these permits shall be allotted to applicants from Rildanor who meet the linguistic and economic requirements of immigration. Applicants from Rildanor must speak French (Canrillaise) and have the economic means to support themselves (and family) for 3 months without a job in Saridan. Applicants must be able to afford the travel to Saridan and demonstrate the financial capability to purchase property or rent habitation for one year. The duration of this quota agreement shall exist for 50 years, expiring on 3591, subject to renewal of this agreement. This agreement may be cancelled by either the lawful government of Saridan or Rildanor, and shall take affect 2 years after the party has given notice to cancellation. |
