Bill: Children at Work Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Brit Yeudish

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 3543

Description[?]:

Child labour should always be tightly regulated to make sure it is appropriate and that educational and social opportunities are not missed out on. However, the current outright ban on children holding jobs is ridiculous. There is nothing wrong with kid having a paper round or a part-time job during the school holidays.

Yissakhar Levine MK
