Message | Mr. Speaker, In a civilized society, torture should never be allowed. We mean, what is the *whole point* in defending the notions of "freedom" and "democracy" via aggressive wars with other nations if we are going to resort to the exact same tactics as the *terrorists* in Terra??? :O our Central Intelligence Agency & Federal Bureau of Investigation employees in the Government of Rutania should be able to *intelligently* derive a strategy to gather vitally necessary intelligence to protect our homeland without resorting to the *primitive* means of violence and coercion. ----The CWFP |

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
Random quote: "In Germany they first came for the Communists and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist. Then they came for the Jews, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew. Then they came for the trade unionists and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist. Then they came for the Catholics, and I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant. Then they came for me--and by that time no one was left to speak up." - Pastor Martin Niemoller |
