| Section 1. The Republic of Dranland transfers the right of its 6 appointments to the Supreme Court of Appeals to the government of Northern Utair Mosir. Section 2. The Supreme Court of Appeals shall continue to be the highest court of NUM with right of appeal from that court to the Dranish Supreme Court. |
