| Message | One Day the people of this nation, enslaved once again by Imperialist enemies will look back on the UPU government of the present with anger. | Message | Why? We've never had any contact with Kanjor. OK, here is our position: 1. We are not making a unilateral declaration of war on Deltaria and Dundorf. 2. We agree that there should be no Deltarian forces allowed to pass through our waters. Al'Badara has the right to prevent them, and much superior fleets (they have us way outnumbered on land, though, so careful.) 3. We should be willing to defend Selucia, our SOTO allies, if they are attacked. 4. We will call for a Majatran defence bloc. 5. All our military measures shoudl be defensive, only protecting Majatran states and our own territorial waters. 6. If we are attacked, then Dundorf is obliged by our refcnet agreement to defend us. If they do not, then we should abrogate the treaty and expel Dundorf ships from our ports. Our yes vote is NOT a vote to declare war on Deltaria and Dundorf. It is a vote to authorize defence of our allies and our territorial waters from Deltarian aggression. We agree with the Vizier: this resolution is not a declaration of war but a defensive action. |
