Bill: Stortingsproposisjon 1A - mai 3548

Details

Submitted by[?]: Høyrepopulistene

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes to change income taxes. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 3549

Description[?]:

The Høyrepopulistene propose to adjust the government's income tax policy to better address the economic situation of the Republikken Kazulia.

This is a tax package that the Finance Ministry is happy with. We have drastically reduced income taxes, the reason being that the original tax rates were simply outrageous. This is the first of many alterations that will be made in the coming years. This package will make sure that capitalism can once again thrive in Kazulia.

The Finance Ministry is resvolved in the conclusion that the tax package must pass before the budget is passed, or else the economy will suffer.

Income taxes: Large tax relief, reduced progressivity
Separate bills:
Corporation taxes: Cut to 30%.
Sales taxes: Introducing a small sales tax on everyone, making sure everyone has some skin in the game. Everyone must be accountable in Kazulia.
