Voting deadline: April 2160
Description[?]:
Accepting that it is the right of all workers to strike for improvements in working conditions, whilst also accepting that vital services must be guaranteed at all times, workers operating in sectors deemed "vital" will be allowed to strike only so long as the Unions involved can guarantee that a limited minimum service can be guaranteed at all times and is not so limited so as to cause possible harm to those indirectly caught up in industrial action. |

Message | Hence the reasoning behind them having to guarantee that there is a minimum service. Why should one group of workers be given completely different rights to another? |

Message | The L-PU voted against. Odd really considering they always push for peoples rights... |
Date | 13:06:30, December 23, 2005 CET | From | Liberal-Progressive Union | To | Debating the Strike Act: Article 1 |
Message | Well the difference between the two proposals are not drastic enough that one would suddenly infringe on anyones rights. |
