| First and foremost, this bill does *not* legalize Child Labor in Rutania. Rather, it just respects each individual Province of making their own laws with respect to child labor. If citizens don't like the laws of Ardina that may have banned child labor, they can just move to Delvar where child labor is *legal* thus taking to Delvar their tax Rutas. |
