MessageNo problem with article 1, really, but article 2 poses a problem in that if gives the leaders of unions far too much power. They would gain unilateral action with or without the consent of the union members, which, in my opinion, is simply a no-go.

MessageI'm not sure, actually. I'm not inherantly opposed to unions, but having too much union labor promotes lower worker output. Thus I honestly haven't looked into unions as a political subject with any intensity and left my opinion neutral on the subject.

Since the alternatives for the current law are the one proposed and the requirement of a majority of all members instead of simply those that vote, I would choose the all members must vote option, as this would give the common unionized worker more power, preventing to some degree the corruption of union leaders.
