| Message to the Government of Hobrazia and a Request For The Approval of Defensive Measures for The Defence Minister. As Foreign Minister I have been in contact with friendly nations regarding the recent developments that threaten to engulf the region into a wider conflict. I would appreciate the Defence Ministers cooperation, and implore the DM to accept the offer of our allies to help in our defence by permitting use of our air, and naval bases. The presence of hostile foreign troops and naval vessels on our borders is a threat to our own security and must be treated as such. We must come to the aid of our Selucian allies, and other friendly border nations who are acting in the defence of free nations. It is time we took a stand against these actions and joined the other peace loving nations in the fight against militarism. I hope we can form a united government that is dedicated to preserving peace. |

The CSP would be in favor of a more involved role in this conflict, including sending arms to Selucia, placing a trade embargo on Deltaria, and possible naval intervention in the waters between us and Keymon. |

We would first request that our Forign Minister contact the Deltarians in an attempt to disuade them from continuing with their current course of action, however it must be made clear that should they not respond positively that Hobrazia will assist in the assistance our her allies. |
