We do not propose this due to any connections to the company in any manner, but as a way to ensure thousands do not remain unemployed. Software is one of Beluzia's big exports, and we cannot fall back on our global domination in this field. We will give the required loan to ZJL, subject to approvals and checks. With that loan, ZJL will begin to operate once more with stricter operation and financial policies as deemed necessary with the bailout by the Federal government. The repayment of the loan, interests etc. is proposed to be ten years time. However, with regards to interest, we also propose subsiding such a thing, while ZJL stays in the red. We hope we can reach an agreement soon, so as not to leave thousands of Beluzians unemployed. |

| Message | Yes, I agree too. But Iker Ado state, as you have seen, is reeling under multiple shocks: both economic due to these job losses and social due to the terror attacks, both at the same time almost. We cant let their and the whole country's morale down at this time. The Government's responsibility came up there. Bailing out aways isn't viable, unless it is a very necessary product/service in some form/way, but in current situations, this had to be carried out. Won't appreciate unwanted bailing outs in future in any way will look for other ways out to help people...hope you understand present need. And thank you! :D |

| Message | Yes, Encarta, the pattern seemed apt and much appropriate. We expect to continue this pattern in case any new bailouts are necessary in future. And Stanton, you are correct. To Encarta and the other parties too, it's true bailing out isn't always a viable option, and unhealthy for the industry. But when extremely necessary to continue with the product/services of the closed company and provided our people want it and our economy is supportive, only then must we try to proceed with a bailout; and not always. Let's make this a standard thought for future. Thank you. |
