| This is the third arrow of Tachiagare Sekouou's manifesto. Opening up and liberalising overly restrictive laws concerning healthcare and the environment, for the benefit of all Imperial subjects. This Act includes riders that seek to bring more laws in line with Deregulation Act 3564, by privatising industry as well as loosening restrictions on the Telecommunications industry. |

Old value:: Only zoos or zoological institutions are allowed to keep endangered animals; all other forms of keeping or trading in endangered animals are forbidden.
