This bill serves to shut down "the Federal Congress" and open "the Presidium" which will be elected like the Congress, but with more members. Currently, there are 300 members, where: - 101 would be a clear whip to veto a constitutional amendment or special bill - 151 would be a clear majority to form a cabinet or pass a bill - 200 would be a clear supermajority to amend the constitution and pass special bills There will be 599 members, where: - 200 would be a clear whip to veto a constitutional amendment or special bill - 300 would be a clear majority to form a cabinet or pass a bill - 400 would be a clear supermajority to amend the constitution and pass special bills |
